Hi, I’m Julia, a Business & Mindset Coach supporting women in business to find and follow their true north.
I’m delighted to welcome you to my corner of the world.
Originally from the U.K., I now call Titirangi home, where I live with my husband and our two rascal dogs, Rocky and Oscar.
We have two adult children: our son, an engineer in Auckland, and our daughter, who lives and works in the U.K. Family is a huge part of who I am, and I’m endlessly proud of them both.
My professional path spans more than 25 years in the corporate world, including a decade at Director level, where I worked across leadership, marketing, and strategy. Alongside this, I have owned and run my own successful businesses, so I understand both the demands of the corporate world and the realities of entrepreneurship.
Running a successful marketing and social media agency was a significant chapter, but after an “is this it?” moment, I realised my true passion: combining a people-facing role with strategic thinking. That realisation led me to retrain as a coach, and today I’m honoured to support women who want to grow themselves and their businesses with clarity and confidence.
