Originally from the U.K., I now call the serene and picturesque Gulf Harbour my home. I live here with my wonderful husband and our two rascal dogs, Rocky and Oscar.
We have two adult children: our son, an Engineer in Auckland, and our daughter, who runs her own business back in the U.K. Needless to say, I’m immensely proud of them both and cherish the time we spend together.
With 25 years of corporate experience, including a decade at Director level, my professional path has been diverse and fulfilling.
Throughout my career, I’ve balanced employment and self-employment, driven by a passion for people and a love for tackling challenges.
Founding and running a successful marketing and social media agency was a significant chapter of my life. However, I reached a crossroads that coincided with my children flying the nest. This pivotal moment led me to seek clarity on my next steps.
I realised my true passion lay in combining a people-facing role with strategic thinking. This epiphany guided me to retrain as a business coach and establish my coaching practice.
Today, I am honoured to support women in business, helping them navigate their professional and personal journeys with confidence and clarity.

The peace and quiet of this area, nestled on the edge of Shakespear Regional Park, yet moments away from the sea, provides the perfect environment for relaxation and recharging. I am thrilled to be able to offer a slice of this tranquillity to clients who choose to escape their office environment and, instead, join me in my home for their session.
