When women come to me for business coaching, they often arrive with a specific problem they want solved.
It might sound like:
“I’ve hit a ceiling in my business and can’t see what needs to change.”
“I know I’m under-charging, but raising my prices brings up fear and guilt.”
“I’m attracting the wrong type of clients and can’t work out why.”
“I’m constantly busy but never feel caught up or in control.”
“I’ve lost clarity about where my business is heading and what I actually want from it.”
On the surface, these are business challenges; the kind you might expect to fix with strategy, systems, or marketing. But once we start working together, something deeper almost always emerges.
Because, for most women, the real work of growing a business doesn’t begin with the business. It begins with you, the person.
Many of the issues I see – lack of clarity, procrastination, inconsistency, people-pleasing, or fear of visibility- are symptoms. They might look like productivity or marketing problems, but they’re often rooted in mindset patterns, unconscious beliefs, or lived experiences that haven’t yet been acknowledged.
We might talk about pricing or attracting better-fit clients, but what often comes up is a deep fear of not being worth it.
We might talk about creating more time for strategy and growth, but what we uncover is guilt, people-pleasing, or a pattern of always putting others first.
We might start with visibility challenges, but discover a childhood wound around being seen, heard, or valued.
This is the kind of work that business books and five-step formulas don’t touch. But it’s the work that changes everything.
When I talk about business coaching for women, I don’t mean quick fixes or another formula to follow. I mean a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, the woman behind the business. And more often than not, the “why” behind what’s not working goes far deeper than a marketing plan or social media strategy.
It’s about self-worth.
Identity.
Boundaries.
Courage.
Belonging.
It’s about unlearning the stories and beliefs that have been quietly shaping how you show up.
That’s why my approach blends strategy with deep mindset work. When you shift how you see yourself, your business shifts too; not in surface-level tweaks, but in meaningful, sustainable ways.
Let’s talk about trauma for a moment. Not in a clinical sense, but in the quiet, everyday ways women in business carry invisible experiences that shape how they lead, speak up, or take risks.
It might look like:
Feeling unsafe to take up space or be visible
Internalised pressure to always be “good” or accommodating
Avoiding conflict to keep the peace
A constant drive to achieve in order to feel worthy
These patterns don’t just affect your personal life. They ripple through your pricing, your boundaries, your energy, and your confidence.
You might overgive to clients.
Avoid visibility because it feels unsafe, not just uncomfortable.
Stay in burnout because slowing down feels unfamiliar.
Gently unpacking these patterns through trauma-informed business coaching is where transformation begins.
So when I work with a client, we don’t jump straight into strategy. Instead, we explore what’s really driving the challenges you’re facing. We look at where those patterns began. We start to loosen their hold, so you can choose differently. Then we build the business, from clarity, confidence, and alignment with your values and energy.
Because your business can’t outgrow your self-concept.
If you believe you’re not ready, not enough, or not allowed, your business will mirror that. But when you start to believe something new, everything shifts.
This work isn’t easy, but it’s powerful.
If you’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from the business you’ve built, you’re not broken. You’re probably meeting an internal limit, something that once kept you safe but now keeps you small. And that can change.
Because you don’t have to push harder or pretend everything’s fine. You can grow by coming home to yourself.
That’s what this space is for. Business coaching for women who are ready to grow from the inside out.
